The Military Community Appreciation Program was created to express our sincere gratitude for the service, sacrifice, and dedication of those who serve — and for the strength and support of the military families who stand beside them.

National Guard and Reserve members are valued military members, recognized with the same respect and appreciation as all others in our military community.
How It Works
How Enrollment Works
Enrollment is available only to registered Sicard Creations customers and is completed through a simple, manually reviewed process.
- 1Create a Sicard Creations customer account.
- 2Sign in using your registered customer account.
- 3Email [email protected] from the same email address associated with your customer account.
- 4Identify your eligible military community category.
- 5Provide acceptable verification documentation with all unnecessary sensitive information redacted.
- 6Wait for Sicard Creations to review your request.

Important Enrollment Notice
- Creating an account does not automatically enroll you in the program.
- Sending documentation does not guarantee approval.
- Enrollment is granted only after manual review by Sicard Creations.
- Customers cannot identify or mark themselves as military within their profile.
- Only authorized Sicard Creations staff may activate membership.
Verification
Acceptable Verification Documentation
Below are general examples of acceptable documentation. Please provide only what is reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, and conceal all unnecessary identification numbers and sensitive information.
Veterans
Acceptable examples may include:
- VA Proof of Service Letter (available through VA.gov)
- DD Form 214
- Veteran Health Identification Card
- Veteran identification card
- State-issued identification containing a Veteran designation
- Other official documentation reasonably demonstrating military service
The VA Proof of Service Letter is an acceptable and convenient option for Veterans.
You do not need to receive VA disability compensation or VA healthcare benefits to qualify.
Active Duty, National Guard & Reserve
Acceptable examples may include:
- Military identification
- Official service documentation
- Current military orders
- Official unit documentation
- Other official documentation reasonably demonstrating current military service
Please conceal all unnecessary identification numbers and sensitive information before sending.
Military Spouses
Military Spouses provide two items:
- Acceptable proof of the military member's or Veteran's service.
- Acceptable proof that you are the spouse of that military member or Veteran.
Acceptable relationship evidence may include:
- Military dependent identification
- Marriage certificate
- DEERS-related documentation
- Other official documentation reasonably demonstrating spousal relationship
Please submit only the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
Verification & Privacy
Verification, Privacy & Program Terms
- Participation in the Military Community Appreciation Program is completely voluntary.
- Verification of eligibility is mandatory for enrollment.
- Applicants must redact or conceal all unnecessary sensitive personal information before sending documentation.
- Only the minimum information necessary to establish eligibility should remain visible.
- Sicard Creations shall not retain, archive, upload, attach to the customer record, or permanently store verification documents under any circumstances.
- Verification documents are used only for temporary manual review, and the platform does not provide a document-storage feature for military verification.
- Administrative records may confirm that documentation was reviewed, but never contain copies of documents or unnecessary sensitive data extracted from them.
- Submission of documentation does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
- Enrollment is granted at the sole discretion of Sicard Creations.
- Sicard Creations reserves the right to approve or deny an enrollment request, suspend or revoke membership, remove associated benefits, and modify, suspend, or discontinue the program.
- Membership and associated benefits may be revoked at any time, and participation does not create a contractual or permanent entitlement to benefits.

It does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation with the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, or any federal agency. Any references to military branches are presented strictly as respectful representation of the military community.
