Here's what to expect when you place a custom order with us.
Step 1
Submit Quote Request
Fill out the quote request form with your project details and any design ideas. No commitment required.
Step 2
Project Review
Our team reviews your project requirements — garments, quantity, artwork, and placement — and may contact you if we need more details.
Step 3
Receive Your Quote
You'll receive a personalized quote with pricing, the payment terms for your order, and, when applicable, a digital mockup of your design.
Step 4
Approve Quote & Design
Review your quote and mockup carefully — colors, sizes, spelling, and placement. Approving the quote also approves the design shown with it. If a revised mockup is prepared later, we'll ask for your approval again.
Step 5
Complete Any Required Payment
Your quote sets the payment requirement: approval without an upfront payment, approval with a deposit, or approval with full payment. If your quote requires a deposit, it is credited toward your final total.
Step 6
Production Begins
Your order enters production. We craft each piece with care and attention to detail.
Step 7
Pay Any Remaining Balance
If a balance remains once production is complete, it must be paid before delivery or pickup.
Step 8
Pickup or Delivery
Coordinate pickup or delivery. Your custom order is ready to go!
