Here's what to expect when you place a custom order with us.
Step 1
Submit Order Request
Fill out the order form with your project details, upload artwork or reference files, and submit your request.
Step 2
Mockup Review
Our team prepares a custom design mockup based on your specifications. You'll be notified when it's ready for review.
Step 3
Receive Quote
Once the design direction is confirmed, you'll receive a detailed quote for your order.
Step 4
Approve Design
Review the final mockup carefully — colors, sizes, spelling, and placement. Approve the design to move forward.
Step 5
Pay Required Deposit
A production deposit is required before work begins. Your mockup fee is credited toward the final total.
Step 6
Production Begins
Your order enters production. We craft each piece with care and attention to detail.
Step 7
Pay Remaining Balance
Once production is complete, the remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.
Step 8
Pickup or Delivery
Coordinate pickup or delivery. Your custom order is ready to go!
