A mockup fee covers design preparation and mockup creation. If you proceed with your order, this fee is credited toward your final order total. If you choose not to proceed, the fee is retained for the design work already completed.

Production may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount is a percentage of your order total and ensures your place in the production schedule.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup. Your mockup fee and deposit are credited toward the final total.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins, including design layout, colors, sizes, spelling, and placement. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, DTF printing, and personalized products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled once approved and placed into production. Customers are responsible for verifying all design details before approving production.
