If a design fee applies to your order, it covers design preparation and mockup creation. This fee is credited toward your final order total if you proceed. If you choose not to proceed, the fee is retained for the work already completed. Not all orders require a design fee.

Production may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount is a percentage of your order total and ensures your place in the production schedule.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup. Your deposit is credited toward the final total.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins, including design layout, colors, sizes, spelling, and placement. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, DTF printing, and personalized products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled once approved and placed into production. Customers are responsible for verifying all design details before approving production.
